Higher scores receive higher priority during schedule generation.

Important: Speedups are counted in hours. Add general speedups and day-specific speedups together. Example: construction speedups = general speedups + construction speedups.

Use only the speedups you are planning to use. You can't use them twice, so if you have 200 hours, you can do 100 on construction and 100 on research. You can't do 200 on construction and 200 on research.

👤 Player Guide

Before you start

Find your Player ID in your Kingshot profile. It is a numeric ID — digits only.

Filling in the form

1. Enter your Player ID and click Confirm. Your name will be filled in automatically.

2. Select your alliance from the dropdown.

3. For each day you want an appointment, tick the checkbox and fill in the details below.

Construction Day

Total hours of general speedups + construction speedups
Planned truegold amount (if applicable)
Planned tempered truegold amount (if applicable)
Select at least 5 time slots

Research Day

Total hours of general speedups + research speedups
Planned truegold dust amount (if applicable)
Select at least 5 time slots

Troops Training Day

Total hours of general speedups + troops training speedups
Select at least 5 time slots

Submitting again

You can re-submit before the deadline. Your previous answers will be pre-filled so you only need to change what is different. Your new submission fully replaces the old one.

💡 Tips & Best Practices

Submit early — reduces the risk of forgetting or missing the deadline.
Select more than 5 slots — the more availability you give, the higher the chance of being assigned a slot that works for everyone.
Check UTC time — all time slots are in UTC. Make sure you know the difference with your local time.
One slot per day — you can only be assigned one time slot per day, even if you selected many.

❓ FAQ

I can't login / I forgot my username for the admin panel?

The standard username is Minister and the password that was set during installation. If you can't remember the password, please contact the system admin to get access again.

Can I change my submission after sending it?

Yes, you can re-submit before the deadline. Your previous answers will be pre-filled. Your new submission fully replaces the old one.

Can I withdraw from the schedule?

Yes. Go to the My Slot page, enter your Player ID and click Withdraw. Your data is saved and you can reactivate at any time before the deadline.

Why was I not assigned a slot?

All your selected time slots were taken by higher-scoring players. Try selecting more slots next time, or slots with lower competition (shown in green).

What is UTC time?

UTC is a universal time standard. All slots in this system use UTC. Search online for your local time zone offset to convert.
