The Schedule tab shows the automatically generated slot assignments for Construction Day, Research Day and Troops Training. Players are sorted by score, higher scores get priority.
Use the Lock Slot dropdown to manually pin a player to a specific time.
Locked slots are never overwritten by the algorithm.
You can add a note that is optionally visible to players.
When a player could not be automatically assigned a slot, they appear in the Not Assigned section at the bottom of each day.
The system shows up to 3 suggested free slots based on the times the player selected on the form, slots closest to their preferred time range are shown first.
Click 📌 to manually assign the player to that slot. The slot will be locked and the page reloads.
If no slots near their preference are available, the first 3 free slots overall are suggested instead.
Click the Deactivate button next to a player to temporarily remove them from the schedule. Their data is saved. Both you and the player can reactivate at any time.

The Publish Schedule toggle controls what players see on the Schedule page.
Players see a list of names per day with only a Assigned or Not assigned yet status. No time slots, no scores are visible.
This is useful while you are still making manual adjustments. Players can see if they have a slot without knowing the exact time.
The full schedule becomes visible, time slots, scores and details are shown.
When not published, players who check via My Slot also only see their assigned status, not the actual time.
1. Close the form (deadline or manual)
2. Review the schedule and make manual adjustments
3. Use slot suggestions to assign unassigned players
4. Click Publish when ready

Each archived round can be downloaded as an Excel file. Click the XLSX button next to the round you want to export.
After archiving, use Clear All Submissions to reset the form for the next round. This removes all submissions and slot assignments but keeps your settings.
